# Ingredients:

01 - 12 large shrimp, tail off, deveined
02 - 1.5 cups broccoli florets
03 - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
04 - 1/2 cup onion, diced

→ Sauce Ingredients

05 - 2 tsp minced garlic
06 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
07 - 1/2 cup honey
08 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
09 - 1/2 tsp ground ginger
10 - 1 tsp cornstarch

→ Cooking Ingredients

11 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter
12 - 2 tbsp oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly, then add cornstarch and ensure there are no lumps. Set aside.
02 - Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large wok or skillet. Add diced red bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
03 - Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 4 minutes. Push vegetables to the edges of the pan and add butter to the center. Allow it to melt.
04 - Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side until opaque and pink.
05 - Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
06 - Serve the honey garlic shrimp stir-fry over rice. Enjoy!
