Honey Garlic Kielbasa Dinner (Print Version)

01 - 1 Pork Kielbasa, sliced
02 - 1 Sweet Potato, chopped
03 - 4 Small Potatoes, chopped
04 - 2 Heads Broccoli, chopped
05 - 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
06 - 1-2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
07 - Pinch Black Pepper

08 - 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
09 - 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
10 - 2 Tablespoons Honey
11 - 1 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
12 - 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
13 - 1/4 teaspoon Salt
14 - 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard or Stone Ground Mustard
15 - 1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil
16 - 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
02 - Whisk together the honey garlic sauce ingredients and set aside 1-2 tablespoons for serving.
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon olive oil onto a baking sheet and add sweet potatoes and small potatoes. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
04 - Add sliced kielbasa to the pan and brush with the honey garlic sauce, reserving the 1-2 tablespoons. Bake for 20 minutes.
05 - Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper over the broccoli, tossing to coat evenly.
06 - After the initial 20 minutes of baking, add the broccoli to the sheet pan. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the broccoli turns vibrant green.
07 - Remove the pan from the oven. Brush the kielbasa with remaining sauce or drizzle the sauce over all ingredients before serving.

01 - We recommend using purple potatoes, Yukon Gold, or baby reds for the best flavor and texture.
