01 - 8 oz penne pasta
02 - 1 lb lean ground beef
03 - 1 medium onion, chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with juices
06 - 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
07 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
12 - Olive oil for cooking

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
03 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef mixture. Toss until well combined.
