Place 2-3 hibiscus tea bags or a small handful of the dried flowers in hot water. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes. Chill leftover tea in the fridge until cold.

Toss in the blended tea, pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, and ice cubes. Run the blender at high speed till it's nice and creamy.

Give it a taste. If it lacks sweetness or needs more zest, throw in extra pineapple or lime juice to adjust.

Pour into cups. Top with fresh mint or sage leaves if you'd like, then enjoy.
