Hibiscus Smoothie Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Mix

01 - 1 cup of cooled hibiscus tea
02 - A cup of coconut water
03 - 1 lime, juiced
04 - A cup of pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
05 - A handful of ice cubes

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Mint or sage leaves (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Place 2-3 hibiscus tea bags or a small handful of the dried flowers in hot water. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes. Chill leftover tea in the fridge until cold.
02 - Toss in the blended tea, pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, and ice cubes. Run the blender at high speed till it's nice and creamy.
03 - Give it a taste. If it lacks sweetness or needs more zest, throw in extra pineapple or lime juice to adjust.
04 - Pour into cups. Top with fresh mint or sage leaves if you'd like, then enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - You can prepare it in advance and keep it in the fridge for a day.
02 - Using frozen pineapple makes the drink thicker and colder.
