Healthy Taco Stuffed Tomatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large tomatoes
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning
04 - Shredded lettuce
05 - Diced onions
06 - Fiesta blend shredded cheese
07 - Sour cream
08 - Taco sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Cut an “X” shape into the top of each tomato and pull them apart gently.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then add the taco seasoning and mix well.
03 - Fill the bottom of each tomato with shredded lettuce.
04 - Add the seasoned taco meat on top of the lettuce.
05 - Sprinkle diced onions over the meat.
06 - Top with Fiesta blend shredded cheese.
07 - Add a dollop of sour cream on top.
08 - Serve with taco sauce for dipping and enjoy!
