# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground turkey
02 - 2 bell peppers, sliced
03 - 1 onion, sliced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil
06 - 1 tsp cumin
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Fresh cilantro (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
02 - Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
03 - Stir in the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
04 - Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
05 - Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm.
