Grilled Steak Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 small avocado, sliced up or chopped
02 - 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
03 - 12 ounces filet or sirloin cuts
04 - 4 boiled eggs, diced into pieces
05 - ¼ cup corn pieces
06 - ⅓ cup of Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning (like Montreal suggested)
08 - ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
09 - ¼ teaspoon plain salt
10 - 1 tablespoon diced shallots (swap with red onion if you'd like)
11 - ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
12 - Fresh basil or thyme to sprinkle over

# Instructions:

01 - If you're making your own dressing, go ahead and prepare it now. Put it off to the side for later.
02 - Rub steak seasoning, garlic powder, and salt all over both sides of your steaks. For a medium finish, toss them on a medium-to-high heat grill and let them cook 4-5 minutes on each side.
03 - After cooking, leave the steak alone for 5 minutes. Then use a knife to cut it thinly.
04 - Grab a big serving tray or bowl and throw in all the chopped-up items. Drizzle the dressing, layer on the steak slices, and sprinkle the herbs. Dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Cook the steak your way. It's your meal—make it rare, well done, or somewhere in between.
02 - Using a slap chopper keeps sizes uniform and makes prep so much faster.
03 - Get a head start by boiling eggs and prepping the dressing a day before.
04 - Want to change it up? Swap or leave ingredients out. Crispy bacon's always a hit too!
