Preheat the grill to 350°F (medium on gas grills).

Cut 4 large rectangles of foil and spray each with non-stick cooking spray. Place one chicken breast on each piece of foil.

In a small bowl, mix chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on both sides of each chicken breast.

Top each chicken breast with black beans, corn, and diced bell pepper. Spoon salsa over the top.

Fold the foil in half over the chicken and vegetables. Twist the edges to create a sealed packet.

Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove the packets from the grill and let cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes. Carefully open the packets and serve.
