Grilled Chipotle Chicken Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 16 oz grilled chicken strips
03 - 8 extra-large flour tortillas (10 inches each)

→ Crisp Veggies

04 - Around 4 cups of chopped iceberg lettuce (half a head)
05 - 1 and 1/4 cups of diced tomatoes

→ Toppings and Sauces

06 - 1/2 cup Taco Bell-style Creamy Chipotle Sauce
07 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
08 - 3 oz of tortilla strips or mashed-up tortilla chips for crunch

# Instructions:

01 - Slice, dice, and shred everything! Chop the lettuce into fine little bits. Shave that cheese down. Dice your tomatoes into smaller, manageable pieces. Organize your stuff like you're gearing up to whip up a burrito feast.
02 - Take one tortilla. Go ahead and pile on 1/2 cup of cheddar, 1/2 cup of chicken, around one tablespoon of ranch, and the same amount of chipotle sauce. Sprinkle on a handful of lettuce and a few tomatoes. Don't forget a nice heavy dash of those crunchy tortilla crumbs!
03 - Fold up the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly. Make sure it's all snug like you're wrapping a cozy blanket around it. Now, you've got a burrito!
04 - Get a skillet heated to about medium. Put your wrapped burrito on there and toast it up! Let all the sides sizzle until the cheese inside is fully melted and the edges are crispy golden.
