Matcha Crispy Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups rice crispy cereal.
02 - 2 tablespoons matcha powder.
03 - 10 oz mini marshmallows.
04 - 3 tablespoons condensed milk.
05 - 3 tablespoons butter.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
08 - Optional: add sprinkles or melted white chocolate.

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly grease a 13x9 pan. Toss cereal into a large mixing bowl.
02 - Heat the butter, salt, and condensed milk until melted. Stir in the marshmallows and mix until creamy.
03 - Sprinkle sifted matcha powder over the warm mixture and mix until smooth.
04 - Pour the matcha mix over the cereal and gently fold to combine everything.
05 - Spread mixture into the pan using light pressure. Let it cool for about 30 minutes.
06 - If you'd like, drizzle on white chocolate or toss on some sprinkles.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t press it too tightly.
02 - Use a sifter for the matcha to prevent clumps.
03 - Stays good for up to 5 days.
