→ Crust Base

01 - 1/2 cup melted salted butter
02 - 1 box of yellow cake mix
03 - 1/2 cup tiny chocolate chips
04 - 1 big egg

→ Creamy Layer

05 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese (1 package)
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
07 - 2 eggs (large)
08 - 4 cups of powdered sugar
09 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
10 - Blue food color, however much you like
11 - 1/2 cup mashed chocolate chip cookies (around 6 Chips Ahoy)

→ Crunchy Finish

12 - 1/2 cup mashed Oreos (6 cookies roughly)
13 - 1/2 cup mashed-up chocolate chip cookies (around 6 Chips Ahoy)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x13-inch dish by lining it with parchment paper and giving it a light spray of baking spray.
02 - Combine the cake mix, egg, and melted butter in a medium-sized bowl until mixed well. Toss in the mini chocolate chips and press the mixture into your prepared baking dish evenly as the bottom layer.
03 - Beat your cream cheese in a big bowl until it’s smooth. Toss in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined. Add powdered sugar bit by bit, mixing until it’s all smooth. Add blue coloring as much as you like, ensuring no streaks are left. Stir in broken cookies and little chocolate chips.
04 - Spread the gooey mix on top of the crust evenly. Sprinkle the Oreo crumbs and chocolate chip cookie crumbles over it. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the sides set and the middle is just a bit wobbly.
05 - Take it out and let it cool fully. For the best chew and texture, pop it into the fridge overnight before cutting into bars. Serve however you’d like!

# Notes:

01 - Chilling it overnight makes it super chewy and extra gooey!
