Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it heat up.

Combine the sugar cookie mix with whatever the box says you need. Add pink food coloring for a pop of color and stir in 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sprinkles.

Grab a 9-inch skillet that can handle the oven. Give it a good coat of cooking spray, then flatten the pink cookie dough into an even layer at the bottom.

Take 4 to 6 chunks from the Lucky Charms™ cookie dough pack and scatter them around the dough. Sprinkle marshmallows and a handful of sprinkles over the top.

Place in the oven for 25–30 minutes. It’s ready when the edges are golden and the center is still soft.

Let it sit for a couple of minutes once it’s out of the oven. Scoop out servings while it’s warm and pair with ice cream, marshmallows, and extra sprinkles.
