Creamy Steak and Pasta Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Steak

01 - 450g ribeye steak (approximately 2 steaks)
02 - 1 tablespoon paprika
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Pasta and Sauce

06 - 300g rigatoni pasta
07 - 1 onion, diced
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - 1/2 cup (120ml) chicken stock
11 - 1/2 cup (120ml) double cream
12 - 1/2 cup (40g) parmesan, grated
13 - 1/3 cup (10g) fresh parsley, chopped
14 - 1/3 cup (75ml) white wine (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Season ribeye steaks with paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and rub in seasonings
02 - Dice onion, mince garlic, chop parsley, and grate parmesan while steaks rest
03 - Sear steaks 1 minute per side in hot pan, add butter and baste. Set aside to rest
04 - Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions
05 - Sauté onions and garlic in butter. Add wine if using, then stock and cream. Season and simmer
06 - Add parmesan to sauce, stir in pasta and parsley. Top with sliced steak

# Notes:

01 - Let steaks rest 5-10 minutes before slicing
02 - Can adjust sauce thickness with pasta water
