Garlic Parmesan Chicken Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 450 g chicken breasts, no skin or bones, chopped into bite-sized chunks

→ Potatoes

02 - 5 medium-sized potatoes, cleaned and chopped into small pieces

→ Seasonings

03 - 2 tablespoons of oil (olive works best)
04 - Black pepper, add as much as you'd like
05 - Salt, sprinkle to your taste
06 - Paprika, add the amount you prefer
07 - A dash of garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herb seasoning
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
11 - A teaspoon of onion powder
12 - A full teaspoon of paprika

→ Sauce and Cheese

13 - 2 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic
14 - As much Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Wild Wings Sauce as needed to cover the chicken
15 - 120 g of shredded mozzarella

# Instructions:

01 - Scrub the potatoes clean, then chop them into evenly sized cubes so they'll cook quickly and evenly.
02 - Spray the inside of your slow cooker to keep things from sticking. Toss the potato cubes inside, drizzle them with olive oil, sprinkle over some garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then mix in the minced garlic.
03 - Slice the chicken into small cubes. Sprinkle it with 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Coat well.
04 - Add the seasoned chicken pieces on top of the potatoes inside the slow cooker. Pour enough Garlic Parmesan Sauce over to coat everything evenly. Adjust the sauce amount to your liking.
05 - Cover the pot. Keep the heat on low for around 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender when poked.
06 - Stir the potatoes and chicken around to mix everything together. Scatter the mozzarella across the top, then leave it covered until the cheese melts all the way.
07 - Scoop servings onto plates and enjoy while hot. If you'd like, throw on some ranch dressing as a finishing touch!

01 - Cutting the potatoes into small, even pieces helps them cook as quickly as the meat.
