Garlic Parmesan Beef Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces of rotini pasta
02 - 1 pound of ground beef
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves

→ Creamy Sauce

04 - 1 cup of grated Parmesan
05 - 1 cup of heavy cream
06 - 1 tbsp of olive oil
07 - 1 tbsp of butter

→ Seasonings & Toppings

08 - 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - 1 tsp of dried Italian herbs
10 - Salt and pepper as needed
11 - Chopped parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the rotini as directed on the box. Drain it and leave it aside.
02 - Warm up the butter and oil in a big pan. Add the beef and cook until it’s no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
03 - Toss in the minced garlic and cook for a quick 1-2 minutes until it gets aromatic.
04 - Pour in the cream and sprinkle the Parmesan, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce turns creamy, 3-5 minutes. Mix in your spices and herbs.
05 - Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the pan and toss until it’s coated. Sprinkle with parsley and bring it to the table hot.

# Notes:

01 - Add more Parmesan for extra creaminess.
02 - Adjust the spice level by changing how much red pepper you add.
