01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - Salt to taste
04 - Pepper to taste
05 - 1 tsp paprika
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
09 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
11 - 2 tbsp honey
12 - Taco shells
13 - Toppings such as lettuce, cheese, and salsa

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional chili powder. Toss until well coated.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
03 - In another small pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in honey and combine.
04 - Pour the garlic butter honey sauce over the chicken in the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
05 - Slice the chicken and serve it in taco shells, topped with your choice of lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
