Garlic Butter Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into small pieces.
02 - 2 tablespoons oil.
03 - 4 tablespoons butter.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - Salt and pepper to taste.
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped.
08 - 12 ounces long pasta.
09 - 2 tablespoons butter for sauce.
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced for sauce.
11 - 1 cup heavy cream.
12 - 1 cup fresh Parmesan, grated.
13 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
14 - Extra garlic butter for serving (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
02 - Heat oil in large pan and cook chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning for 8 minutes until golden.
03 - Melt butter in same pan, add garlic, return chicken and coat with sauce.
04 - In another pan, melt butter and cook garlic briefly.
05 - Add cream and broth, simmer, then stir in cheese until sauce thickens.
06 - Toss pasta with cream sauce.
07 - Plate pasta, top with chicken, garnish with herbs and extra butter if desired.
