Fruit Cinnamon Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cinnamon Sugar Chips

01 - 4 big flour tortillas, about 10 inches in size.
02 - Cooking spray that won’t stick.
03 - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
04 - 4 tablespoons of white or brown sugar.

→ Mixed Fruit Topping

05 - 2 green apples (like Granny Smith), chopped and without seeds.
06 - The juice of one lemon.
07 - 1 cup of diced strawberries.
08 - 2 kiwis, chopped small.
09 - 1 cup of fresh raspberries.
10 - 2 tablespoons of soft brown sugar.
11 - 2 tablespoons of raspberry or strawberry jam.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix sugar with cinnamon in a little bowl till blended well. Spray both tortilla sides with the cooking spray lightly. Sprinkle one side, then flip and coat the other with the mix. Stack the tortillas, three at a time, and cut them into 12 pieces with a sharp blade or a pizza slicer. Keep going until you're done with all the tortillas. Lay the pieces flat on a baking pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 11–12 minutes till they’re crispy and golden.
02 - Take the apples, peel and dice them, then toss them in lemon juice to stop browning. Chop up the strawberries and kiwis small, and throw them in a bowl with the apples and raspberries. Add the sugar and jam, and stir it gently so everything gets evenly mixed. Serve it cold or at room temperature.
03 - Put leftovers in a sealed container and store them in the fridge for two days or less. Just know that the fruit might release some extra juice as it sits.

# Notes:

01 - Try other fruits like blueberries, peaches, or pears for a fun twist.
02 - Make the fruit pieces tiny so every bite has all the flavors.
03 - For a fresh kick, add a handful of chopped mint or basil.
