Fried Bologna Sandwich Classic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 2 slices white bread

→ Bologna

02 - 1-2 slices bologna

→ Cooking Oil

03 - 1 teaspoon oil for frying

→ Cheese

04 - 1 slice American cheese

→ Condiments

05 - 1 tablespoon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add the bologna slices. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden and curled at the edges.
03 - Flip the bologna and place cheese on top. Cover briefly to melt.
04 - Toast bread separately in a pan or toaster until golden.
05 - Spread mustard on one slice, layer bologna and cheese, and top with the second slice of bread.
06 - Slice in half and serve immediately.

01 - Pair with crispy potato chips or a refreshing green salad. Get creative with toppings like pickles or fried eggs!
