Fluffy Candy Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup melted butter
02 - 1 large egg
03 - ½ cup milk
04 - ½ tsp cotton candy flavoring
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - A few drops of blue food coloring
07 - A few drops of pink food coloring
08 - ¼ tsp salt
09 - 1 tsp baking powder
10 - ½ cup white sugar
11 - 1 cup plain flour

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pop paper liners into a mini muffin tray.
02 - Grab a bowl and mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder until it’s all blended.
03 - In another bowl, stir together melted butter, egg, milk, vanilla, and the cotton candy flavor.
04 - Slowly add the wet mix to the dry one, gently stirring until smooth with no lumps. Don’t stir too much!
05 - Split the batter in half into two bowls. Stir pink food coloring into one and blue into the other until evenly colored.
06 - Pour a bit of each colored batter into cupcake slots, layering them. Use a skewer to swirl the colors gently.
07 - Place in your preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes. They’re done when a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool a bit in the pan, then move them to a wire rack.
08 - Once cooled, frost with whipped topping and sprinkle with cotton candy pieces if you’d like.

# Notes:

01 - Go for top-notch cotton candy flavor—it makes a difference.
02 - Stirring too much will make them dense, so keep it light.
03 - Throw in some pastel sprinkles or a little edible glitter for extra flair.
04 - Keep them fresh in a sealed container at room temperature for 2-3 days.
