Sprinkle the chicken with black pepper, salt, and herbs.

Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden. Take it out and keep it nearby.

Using the same pan, melt butter and cook garlic till it's fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and cheese until the mixture is smooth.

Toss in spinach and cook just until it shrinks down.

Place the chicken back in the pan and let it gently cook in the sauce for around 5 minutes.
