Chicken Florentine Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Grated Parmesan cheese
02 - Fresh spinach leaves
03 - Minced garlic
04 - Butter sticks
05 - Chicken broth
06 - Heavy cream
07 - Olive oil
08 - Chicken breasts without bones or skin

→ Seasonings

09 - A pinch of black pepper
10 - Dash of salt
11 - Optional: Crushed red chili flakes
12 - Blend of Italian herbs

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle the chicken with black pepper, salt, and herbs.
02 - Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden. Take it out and keep it nearby.
03 - Using the same pan, melt butter and cook garlic till it's fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and cheese until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Toss in spinach and cook just until it shrinks down.
05 - Place the chicken back in the pan and let it gently cook in the sauce for around 5 minutes.
06 - Enjoy warm with your favorite side like pasta, rice, or fresh bread.

# Notes:

01 - While it's tastiest fresh, leftovers last in the fridge for up to 3 days in a sealed container.
02 - To reheat, use low heat in a pan and pour in a little cream to bring the sauce back.
