# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
03 - 1 green onion, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 (6 oz) can crab meat, drained and flaked
07 - 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Optional: more parsley for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 375°F (190°C). Either grease a baking sheet lightly or cover it with parchment paper.
02 - Grab a bowl and mix together the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, black pepper, parsley, garlic powder, and chopped green onion. Once that’s blended smooth, gently stir in the crab meat to keep it intact.
03 - Roll out the crescent dough and pull apart the triangles along the dotted edges. On each triangle’s wide end, place a spoonful of the crab filling. Roll it up starting at the bigger end, finishing with the pointy end tucked under. Line them up on the baking sheet with the seam down.
04 - Pop them into your preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until they’re golden and fluffy.
05 - Let the rolls sit for a few minutes after baking so they cool slightly. You can sprinkle some extra parsley on top before serving if you like.
