Fried Feta Chili Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Feta Rolls

01 - 6 phyllo dough sheets
02 - 200g of feta, broken into bits
03 - 3 tbsp of olive oil
04 - 1 tsp of any dried mix (go for rosemary, oregano, or thyme)
05 - 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

→ Chili Honey Drizzle

06 - 1/4 cup of honey
07 - 1 tsp of lemon juice (freshly squeezed if you can)
08 - 1/2 tsp of chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Break up the feta cheese into smaller bits and toss it in a bowl. Sprinkle in the garlic powder and herbs you’re using. Stir it all together gently.
02 - Spread out one phyllo sheet on your countertop. Paint a thin layer of olive oil over it. Scoop some of the feta mix onto the edge of the dough, roll it up tight, and tuck the sides in as you go. Repeat the same for each roll till you run out.
03 - Set your oven to 190°C (375°F). Put the rolls on a baking tray covered with parchment. Brush the tops with olive oil. Cook them for 15–20 minutes till the outside looks crispy and golden.
04 - Warm up the honey and chili flakes over a low flame in a little pan. Stir it till the flavor mixes beautifully. Pour in the lemon juice and stir again. Keep it on the heat so it’s ready to pour over.
05 - Take the rolls out and pour the hot, spicy honey all over them. Serve right away while they’re warm and crunchy.

# Notes:

01 - To fully enjoy this, eat while still hot for that perfect crunch and flavor hit.
