Spray your air fryer basket lightly to keep salmon from sticking.

Set the salmon down, skin touching the plate. Drizzle olive oil over it, then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, and lemon pepper mix.

Place the fillets in the basket, leaving space between them. Skin side can face up or down—it’s your call. If you want, tuck lemon slices under them.

Set the air fryer to 350°F and cook for roughly 8 minutes. Check for an internal temperature of 135-140°F. If you like it more cooked, leave it in longer.

Lift the salmon onto plates, add lemon wedges, and squeeze some juice over the top before digging in.
