Crispy Air Fryer Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets, 4-5 oz each, with the skin left on.
02 - 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
03 - A teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning (or use half a teaspoon of black pepper with a teaspoon of lemon zest).
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil for drizzling.
06 - Nonstick spray for coating.
07 - Lemon slices (optional, for serving).

# Instructions:

01 - Spray your air fryer basket lightly to keep salmon from sticking.
02 - Set the salmon down, skin touching the plate. Drizzle olive oil over it, then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, and lemon pepper mix.
03 - Place the fillets in the basket, leaving space between them. Skin side can face up or down—it’s your call. If you want, tuck lemon slices under them.
04 - Set the air fryer to 350°F and cook for roughly 8 minutes. Check for an internal temperature of 135-140°F. If you like it more cooked, leave it in longer.
05 - Lift the salmon onto plates, add lemon wedges, and squeeze some juice over the top before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Preheating might help, but check your air fryer manual first—it’s optional.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
