Easy Mini Key Lime Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or 1 sleeve graham crackers
02 - 4 ounces unsalted butter, melted

→ Filling

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
05 - 3/4 cup key lime juice, fresh or good quality bottled
06 - 8 ounces whipped topping

→ Garnish

07 - Whipped topping, for garnish
08 - Key lime slices, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, and set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the softened cream cheese until smooth.
03 - Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl and mix until smooth.
04 - Add the key lime juice and mix until smooth.
05 - Gently fold the whipped topping into the mixture until no streaks remain.
06 - Take individual silicone cups or paper liners and fill each with the key lime pie filling about 3/4 full.
07 - Top each with the prepared graham cracker crumbs.
08 - Place the cups on a sheet tray and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
09 - Carefully unmold the pies by submerging the bottom of each mold into warm water for a few seconds. Serve graham cracker side down.
10 - Garnish with whipped topping and key lime slices if desired.
