Million Dollar Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
02 - 8 ounces whipped topping, non-dairy and thawed
03 - 20 ounces pineapple (crushed and drained)
04 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
05 - 1 cup pecans (chopped, save a little for garnish)
06 - 1 cup coconut (sweetened and shredded)

→ Crust and Topping

07 - Maraschino cherries for decoration
08 - 2 store-bought pie crusts made with graham crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the pineapple, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a big bowl. Stir in the coconut and pecans, then gently fold in the whipped topping so everything blends well.
02 - Split the filling evenly between the two pie crusts. Use a spatula to smooth out the tops so they’re nice and even.
03 - Sprinkle reserved pecans and place cherries on top for decoration. Put the pies in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours until they’re fully frozen.
04 - Cut into slices and serve cold. Keep leftovers in the fridge or freezer.

# Notes:

01 - Want it lighter? Swap the condensed milk with evaporated milk, use coconut without added sugar, and try a low-calorie sweetener.
02 - Enhance flavors by baking your pecans and coconut at 400°F until golden. Sprinkle them on top!
