Hanky Panky (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf of small rye bread.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
03 - 16 ounces of diced Velveeta.
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
06 - 1 pound of hot pork sausage.
07 - 1 pound of ground beef.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - Cook sausage and beef in a skillet, then remove the fat.
03 - Mix in cheese and all the seasonings.
04 - On low heat, let the cheese fully melt, stirring occasionally.
05 - Spoon the meat-cheese mix onto the bread slices.
06 - Place in oven for about 8–10 minutes until bubbling.
07 - Serve them while they're nice and warm.

01 - You can prep the meat mixture early.
02 - All rye bread types work fine.
03 - Perfect dish to bring to gatherings.
04 - Best served while hot.
