01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 4 cups green cabbage, sliced
03 - 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
04 - 4 green onions, chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 inch ginger, minced

→ Sauces and Oils

07 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Seasonings

11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
02 - Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
04 - Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
05 - Add sliced cabbage, stirring until it wilts and softens, about 5-7 more minutes.
06 - Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Remove from heat and toss in chopped green onions. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with extra green onions if desired.
