Fried Strawberry Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fluffy white bread, perfect for frying
02 - Smooth cream cheese that spreads easily
03 - Sweet strawberries, finely chopped
04 - Regular sugar
05 - Vanilla to bring out the flavors
06 - Butter for cooking
07 - Dusting sugar for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until it's soft and smooth. Gently stir in the strawberry pieces at the end.
02 - Take two slices of bread and coat one side of each with the creamy mixture. Stack them to make a sandwich.
03 - Warm butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Don’t let it get too hot or burn.
04 - Place the sandwiches in the pan and fry for a couple of minutes on each side until crispy and golden. Use a spatula to press gently while cooking.
05 - Slice the sandwiches in half and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Enjoy them warm for the best flavor.
