Crispy Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound salmon filet, cut into chunks about an inch wide.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika (smoked or mild).
06 - 1-2 teaspoons honey, optional.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt.
08 - 1/2 cup mayo.
09 - 1 tablespoon coconut aminos.
10 - 3 tablespoons rice vinegar.
11 - 1.5 tablespoons ketchup.
12 - 1 garlic clove, finely grated.
13 - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot sauce.
14 - Sesame seeds and green onions for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Take off the skin and slice the salmon into chunks, about 1 inch each. Toss it with oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and honey optional.
02 - Lightly grease the air fryer basket and add the salmon pieces in layers. Set to 350°F for 8 minutes; work in batches if needed.
03 - Combine mayo, vinegar, garlic, hot sauce, coconut aminos, ketchup, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
04 - After cooking, leave the salmon in the basket for 10 seconds before you take it out.
05 - Plate the salmon, sprinkle on sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and put the sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can also bake it at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
02 - Filets cut from the center section work better.
03 - Letting it sit for a few seconds keeps it from sticking.
