# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
08 - 3 tablespoons hot honey
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, and then evenly coat with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
04 - Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
05 - Drizzle the hot honey over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and the honey to caramelize.
06 - Remove the chicken from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
