Crispy Hash Browns Airfryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Nonstick cooking spray.
02 - 2 cups shredded Yukon potatoes.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper.
07 - A handful of chives or parsley, chopped, for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Use the coarse side of a box grater to shred the potatoes after peeling them.
02 - Put the shredded potatoes in a bowl filled with cold water. Swish them around, drain, and repeat until the water's no longer cloudy.
03 - Lay the potato shreds on some paper towels and press them to soak up any water.
04 - In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
05 - Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
06 - Put the potato shreds in the fryer basket. Spray the top lightly with oil and cook at 350°F for 8 minutes.
07 - Take out the fryer basket, gently stir the potatoes, and break up any clumps.
08 - Return the basket and fry for another 6-8 minutes until they’re extra crispy.
09 - Transfer the crispy browned potatoes to a plate, sprinkle with parsley or chives, and enjoy alongside eggs or whatever you like.

# Notes:

01 - It’s not a must to preheat your air fryer unless the instructions for your model call for it.
02 - If you drain shreds in a colander, some bits might fall through the holes.
