Crispy Air Fryer Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds of russet potatoes.
02 - 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried.
03 - 2 teaspoons of vegetable or canola oil.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice potatoes into strips about 1/4-1/2 inch wide, pop them in icy water, and soak between 1 and 24 hours.
02 - Run your air fryer at 390°F for around 15 minutes to warm it up.
03 - Dry the potatoes completely, then mix them with oil, pepper, rosemary, and salt.
04 - Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking them up halfway through to even things out.
05 - Fry for another 10-12 minutes until crispy, pulling out any that are darker than you'd like.
06 - Cool them for a moment, then tweak the seasoning if you think it needs it.

# Notes:

01 - You can soak the potato slices in the fridge for up to a day.
02 - If you’ve got extras, warm them in a hot skillet for best results.
03 - The fries keep crisping up a bit as they cool down.
