Crispy Chicken Croquettes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
02 - 4 cups mashed boiled potatoes
03 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - Cheese, ½ cup
05 - Add salt based on your taste

→ Coating

06 - ½ cup flour
07 - ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko style)
08 - 2 beaten eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Mash the boiled potatoes, season them, and shred the chicken once cooked.
02 - In a large bowl, toss chicken, mashed potatoes, cheese, and seasonings together.
03 - Roll the mix into 3-inch logs. Dip each in flour, then eggs, and finish with breadcrumbs.
04 - Chill for half an hour before frying. Cook in oil for about 5-7 minutes till crisp.
