Crispy Cauliflower Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
02 - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
03 - Dash of hot sauce.
04 - Pinch of black pepper.
05 - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1 head of cauliflower.
10 - 1/4 cup water.
11 - 2 large eggs.
12 - 1 cup breadcrumbs.
13 - Nonstick cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine yogurt, mayo, blue cheese, pepper, and hot sauce. Keep in the fridge for later.
02 - Break it into small florets, no more than 1 1/2 inches each.
03 - Mix the florets with garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
04 - Dip florets in the egg-water blend, then coat them evenly with breadcrumbs.
05 - Air fry them at 350°F. Let each side cook for 7 minutes until they're crispy.
06 - Serve right away with the chilled blue cheese dip.

# Notes:

01 - You can bake these at 350°F for 20-30 minutes instead.
02 - These taste best served fresh!
03 - For crisp results, fry them in batches.
