Crispy Bacon Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled up
02 - 5 ounces of parmesan, shredded
03 - 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for some heat
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, coarse grind
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of powdered onion

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F and let it get hot.
02 - Combine the parmesan, bacon bits, garlic and onion powders, cayenne, and salt in a bowl.
03 - Lay parchment paper or a silicone mat on your baking sheet.
04 - Use a tablespoon to scoop up the mixture, drop little piles onto the baking sheet, and press them down gently.
05 - Put them in the oven for about 4-5 minutes, just until they’re melty and golden brown on top.
06 - Let the crisps cool completely on the sheet before grabbing or serving them.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to skip the kosher salt if you'd like them less salty.
02 - Try tossing in some cheddar or a few jalapeño slices if you're craving a little more spice.
