Crispy Avocado Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 avocados that are firm and just barely ripe.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground.
03 - 1 cup of crispy panko crumbs.
04 - Finely shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup.
05 - Two eggs, large size.
06 - A fine mist of cooking spray.
07 - Chunky salt, optional.
08 - Juice from a fresh lime (optional).
09 - Half a cup of ranch dressing.
10 - 2 tablespoons of spicy sriracha.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the avocados open and remove the seeds. Gently scoop out the flesh, then slice each piece into 5 thin strips lengthwise.
02 - Mix up the panko, cheese, and black pepper in one bowl. In another, lightly beat the eggs until smooth.
03 - Take an avocado strip, dip it in the egg mixture, and then coat it well in the panko blend.
04 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket. Lay the breaded slices in a flat row. Set to 350°F and cook for 3 minutes. Flip them and cook 3 more minutes until golden brown.
05 - In a tiny bowl, stir the ranch and sriracha together.
06 - Let them cool for a moment. You can add salt and a splash of lime juice if you'd like. Serve right away with that tangy dressing.

# Notes:

01 - These crispy avocado fries are crunchy on the outside and creamy inside. They're best devoured while still warm.
02 - No air fryer? You can bake them instead at 350°F for about 10 to 12 minutes until crisp and golden.
