Creamy White Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - 8 oz block cream cheese, softened and cut into pieces
02 - 8 oz block of white American cheese, cut into smaller chunks
03 - 8 oz block of pepper jack cheese, diced
04 - 4 oz can of diced green chilies or tomatoes
05 - 1/2 cup whole milk, add more if needed
06 - 1/4 tsp chili powder
07 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/8 tsp cumin powder

# Instructions:

01 - On medium heat, melt all the cheeses with milk in a skillet. Turn heat to low once melted.
02 - Add in seasonings and the diced chilies or tomatoes. Want extra kick? Toss in a tablespoon or two of the can's liquid.
03 - Need it runnier? Stir in milk, one splash at a time. If you'd like it thicker, just cook it down a bit longer.
04 - Dish up while it's warm alongside some tortilla chips!

# Notes:

01 - White American cheese from the deli counter works well, too.
02 - Extras like avocado, jalapeños, fresh tomato, pico, or cilantro make great toppings.
