Thai Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 cups water
02 - ½ cup Thai tea mix
03 - 1 cup half and half
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - After letting the tea sit for 5 minutes, pour in the sugar and mix well until it’s completely gone.
02 - Get the water boiling in a pan, switch off the heat, toss in the tea, and stir it gently until it’s wet.
03 - Put some ice in a glass. Fill it with the chilled tea until it’s about three-quarters full, then drizzle 2-4 tablespoons of half and half on top. Give it a quick stir.
04 - Strain the tea into a large jug and pop it in the fridge to cool down completely.
