Creamy Southwest Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 to 6 large flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup of drained black beans
03 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped into small pieces
04 - 1 cup of thawed, canned, or fresh corn kernels
05 - Salt and black pepper for flavor
06 - 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
07 - 115g softened cream cheese
08 - 2 cups of cooked shredded chicken (homemade or rotisserie)
09 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
10 - 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning or use some paprika, cumin, and chili powder mix

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together cream cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, plus a bit of salt and pepper in a big bowl until it’s smooth.
02 - Toss in the chicken, corn, beans, diced bell pepper, and sliced green onions. Make sure all is mixed nicely and well combined.
03 - Spread some of the filling onto each tortilla, then roll them up snugly.
04 - Pop the filled wraps seam-down into a pan. Let them cook till both sides are golden.
05 - Line the wraps up on a tray, bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 10-12 minutes until crisped lightly and heated nicely.
06 - Cut them into halves and dish up with guacamole, salsa, or sour cream on the side.
