Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice, simmering for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and spoon some sauce over each. Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting occasionally with more sauce, until lobster is opaque and fully cooked.
