Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
05 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Paprika, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the top of each lobster tail shell to expose the meat.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice, simmering for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
04 - Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and spoon some sauce over each. Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting occasionally with more sauce, until lobster is opaque and fully cooked.
05 - Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
