Creamy Bowtie Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ What You Need

01 - 1 cup heavy cream
02 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 small onion, chopped
05 - 1 lb ground beef
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil
08 - 1 cup beef stock
09 - Fresh parsley for decoration (optional)
10 - Salt and pepper, to your liking
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package directions to cook the pasta in boiling water. Drain it well and keep it aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Toss in the chopped onion and cook for a few minutes until soft. Add in minced garlic, then stir fry for about a minute. Put the ground beef in and cook until it's browned. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Mix in the beef stock and let it simmer. Add the heavy cream next, followed by cheddar, Parmesan, and paprika. Stir everything until it thickens up and the cheese is melted.
04 - Throw the pasta into the skillet with the beef and sauce. Mix well so the pasta gets covered in the creamy sauce. Add salt and pepper until it's just right.
05 - Top it with fresh parsley if you want, and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - You can swap in lean ground beef or ground turkey to lighten it up.
02 - Want more veggies? Toss in some spinach or diced bell peppers.
