Cranberry White Choco Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Sparkling sugar for sprinkling on top.
02 - Pinch of salt.
03 - 6 oz dried cranberries.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk.
06 - 24 oz bag of white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a 9x9 pan and line it with parchment, letting it hang over the edges.
02 - Heat the chocolate and milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir it to blend, and if it's still lumpy, give it another 30 seconds.
03 - Quickly stir in the salt, cranberries, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the lined pan.
04 - If you’re using sugar sprinkles, sprinkle them over the top and lightly press them down.
05 - Let the mixture sit out for a couple of hours to firm up, or pop it in the fridge for faster setting.
06 - Cut it into small squares, then store with wax paper between layers in a container.

# Notes:

01 - Good for up to 2 weeks at room temp.
02 - Keeps fresh in the fridge for about 5 weeks.
03 - Can last up to 3 months in the freezer.
