Grab a 9x9 pan and line it with parchment, letting it hang over the edges.

Heat the chocolate and milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir it to blend, and if it's still lumpy, give it another 30 seconds.

Quickly stir in the salt, cranberries, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the lined pan.

If you’re using sugar sprinkles, sprinkle them over the top and lightly press them down.

Let the mixture sit out for a couple of hours to firm up, or pop it in the fridge for faster setting.

Cut it into small squares, then store with wax paper between layers in a container.
