Crab Stuffed Biscuits Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheddar Bay Stuffed Biscuit

01 - 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

→ Crab Filling

04 - 1 pound lump crab meat, fully cooked
05 - ¼ tsp paprika
06 - ½ tsp onion powder
07 - ½+ cup mayonnaise
08 - 1 tbsp mustard
09 - ½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Lemon Butter Sauce

11 - 1 tsp lemon juice
12 - 2 tbsp melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Make the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to the package directions and set aside.
02 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
03 - In a bowl, combine the lump crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed Ritz crackers. Stir until well combined, adding more mayonnaise if needed for moisture.
04 - Using a scoop, take some biscuit mix and place it in your hand (dusted with flour) to form a cup shape. Add a scoop of the crab mixture into the center and cover with a bit more biscuit dough.
05 - Continue this process until all the biscuit dough and crab mixture is used. Place each stuffed biscuit into the prepared muffin trays.
06 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
07 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the lemon juice.
08 - Once the biscuits are baked, brush them with the lemon butter mixture before serving.
