RC Cola Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pound Cake

01 - 3¼ cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1¼ cups softened unsalted butter
03 - ¼ tsp table salt
04 - 5 large room temp eggs
05 - 1 cup RC Cola soda
06 - 2½ cups white sugar

→ Glaze

07 - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
08 - 2 cups powdered sugar
09 - ½ cup salted, roasted peanuts (chopped)
10 - 3-4 Tbsp milk (adjust as needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F and lightly coat a 12-14 cup Bundt pan with grease.
02 - Combine butter and sugar and mix until creamy. Drop in eggs one by one. Slowly work in the salt and flour, then blend in RC Cola until smooth.
03 - Transfer the mixture into the pan. Bake for 80-90 minutes at 325°F or until a toothpick poked in comes out clean.
04 - Leave the cake in the pan for about 15 minutes, then flip it out onto a cooling rack to cool fully.
05 - Mix all glaze ingredients together, pour it on the cooled cake, and sprinkle peanuts over it before it hardens.

01 - Room temperature ingredients make the best texture
02 - Add more or less milk to change the glaze thickness
