Set your oven to heat up at 350°F and coat a 9x13 dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, and milk in a large bowl. Stir with a hand mixer. While on low speed, pour in melted butter bit by bit, mixing until blended. Spread the batter into the greased baking dish.

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the soft butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until evenly combined.

Spoon the cinnamon mixture onto the batter in chunks. Drag a knife through the batter and filling to create a swirling pattern.

Pop it in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until you can stick a knife in the center and have it come out clean.

Grab a small bowl and whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until it’s smooth.
