Turkish Eggs Cilbir (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
02 - ⅓ cup water
03 - 1 pound baby bok choy
04 - 8 cloves garlic, minced

→ Spicy Sauce

05 - ½ tablespoon Shaoxing wine
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
08 - 1½ tablespoons chili oil or chili crisp
09 - ¼ teaspoon white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the baby bok choy in half, rinse under cold water to clean, and shake off the excess water.
02 - Stir all the spicy sauce ingredients together in a small dish.
03 - Warm the oil in a big pan on low to medium heat. Toss in the garlic and cook for 10 seconds until it smells good.
04 - Turn the heat up to medium-high. Add the bok choy and water, then stir fry for 2 to 4 minutes until it softens up.
05 - Drizzle the sauce over the bok choy, mix it all together, and take the pan off the heat.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in other Asian greens if you like.
02 - Chicken stock works if you don't have wine.
