Chocolate Raspberry Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
02 - 2 cups of crushed chocolate cookies

→ Filling

03 - 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
04 - 3 eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
07 - 1/2 cup sugar
08 - 24 ounces of soft cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (160°C) and let it heat up. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter, then press it into the bottom of a springform pan.
02 - Whip the vanilla, sugar, cream cheese, and melted chocolate together until everything looks smooth. Add in an egg, give it a good mix, and repeat for the others.
03 - Carefully fold the raspberries into the mix. Pour it all on top of the crust you prepped earlier.
04 - Pop it in the oven and bake for an hour. You’ll know it’s ready when the middle looks firm. Let it cool completely before slicing.

01 - Chill in the fridge for a few hours or even overnight for best results.
