Set your oven to 325°F (160°C) and let it heat up. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter, then press it into the bottom of a springform pan.

Whip the vanilla, sugar, cream cheese, and melted chocolate together until everything looks smooth. Add in an egg, give it a good mix, and repeat for the others.

Carefully fold the raspberries into the mix. Pour it all on top of the crust you prepped earlier.

Pop it in the oven and bake for an hour. You’ll know it’s ready when the middle looks firm. Let it cool completely before slicing.
