Chocolate Pretzel Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz of good-quality chocolate.
02 - A bag of caramels or half a batch of homemade caramel.
03 - 40 whole pretzel rods.

# Instructions:

01 - Get two baking sheets ready with parchment paper on top. Warm your caramel or make some, and leave it to cool for about 15 minutes.
02 - Spoon caramel over each pretzel, letting the extra drip off. Lay them on the parchment, fixing the caramel's shape if needed.
03 - Use the microwave to gently melt the chocolate at half power, stirring it roughly every half minute until smooth.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate into a tall cup. Dip the caramel-covered pretzels, smoothing the chocolate with a spoon if necessary.
05 - Decorate with add-ons while the chocolate is still soft. Wait until everything's set before peeling off the parchment.

# Notes:

01 - Go for a trusty pretzel brand like Snyder's for sturdiness.
02 - Use top-notch baking chocolate instead of regular chocolate chips.
03 - Store them and enjoy anytime up to seven days later.
