# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Layer

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
06 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

→ Cookie Dough

09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
10 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 - 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
13 - 1 tablespoon milk
14 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

→ Chocolate Coating

15 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
16 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool in pan before cutting into small squares.
02 - Cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in vanilla, then fold in flour and milk until combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Take a small amount of cookie dough and wrap it around each brownie square, forming a ball.
03 - Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Dip each brownie bomb into the chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill until set.
